This 2-piece set of precision-machined 1/2"-1/4", and 1/2"-1/8" inch reduction collet adaptors for 1/2 shank routers (made in the USA) are designed for CNC creators who expect professional workmanship from their CNC routers and projects.

Made with the precision required for CNC machining when you need 1/4 shank, and 1/8 shank bits to precisely fit your 1/2" collets, whether you have an ER-20, ER-25, ER-32, or any other collet type.

These collet adaptors will fit any spindle that has a 1/2" standard collet size

These collets, considered 'precision-fitted collets', are made from 4140 steel for high wear resistance and are machined to 0.001" tolerances. These collets, by IDC Woodcraft, ensure your CNC router bits run exceptionally true and significantly reduce the opportunity for bit slipping.

Using ANSI industry standards, IDC Woodcraft ensures that these collets are manufactured to machining-level tolerances for an extremely precise match-up between 1/2" collets and 1/8" or 1/4" shank router bits, virtually eliminating ‘tool runout’.
