These next-generation Blade series 30-degree, 60-degree & 90-degree v carving bit set (1/4 shank) for CNC routers are designed to leave extremely clean cuts on your CNC woodworking projects. Whether your projects are pine or the hardest of oak, they leave superior ultra clean cuts on your v carves.

V groove bits are not all the same. The Blade is designed with a knife edge all the way to the point, carving your v groove projects like a razor! Not only can you carve to 0.005″ detail, but this CNC router bit set actually cuts the wood, leaving a mind-blowing smooth cut that blows standard v bits out of the water. These are true v-bits!

Most v-bits have a flat edge on them, so they scrape the wood away which can leave a slightly rougher finish, which may require sanding. And any carve that requires a cleanup in the v grooving is a tough job. And unless you like to sand your v-carves, you just might want to invest in this little set first.

From the 90-degree letter-making bit to the 30-degree fine detail bit, this v carving bit set leaves knife-sheering finishes every time.

What is a V-bit / Carving Bit

V-bits are used from sign making to extremely fine detail carves.

The 90-degree is the sign-maker. Engrave ultra-crisp edges with this bit.

The 60-degree is for swirls and extra features that make your work ‘pop’. It is also for smaller letters.

Ready to do some EXTREME DETAIL carving with your CNC router? Put your 30-degree engraving bit in the CNC and watch how fine you can get! You’ll be blown away. This needle-sharp bit can carve all the way down to 0.005″ of an inch wide. Now that’s fine detail!

Even beginner CNC’ers never go back once they use the Blade carving bits!

This and all bits on this site are made of 100% solid tungsten carbide. That’s the material the professionals use because it lasts 50x longer than standard bits.
